Adult Group Muay Thai Kickboxing

Also known as the Science of the 8 Limbs, Muay Thai originated in Thailand as a Martial Art and remains its national sport. Muay Thai utilizes 8 Limbs for striking, Including hands, elbows, knees, feet, and shins. In addition to dynamic striking standup "clinch fighting" (grappling) is another element of Muay Thai that allows the practicioner to hold, throw, or subdue their opponent. Historically the native Thai martial art successfully defended the country from invading kingdoms on the indo-chinese peninsula for centuries. In fact Muay Thai practitioners would dominate style vs style matches against other similair indo-chinese martial arts. Muay Thai is widely considered the most effective martial arts systems in the world because it utilizes striking from 8 limbs & stand up grappling with maximum efficiency. Jr & Teens Muay Thai Kickboxing (9 + yrs old)

Kids will learn the most effective techniques in stand up fighting while having fun in a safe atmosphere. Education will encompass cardio, agility and strength training paired with safe drills learning proper form in punches, kicks, clinch grappling, and real self defense. Kickboxing is a great workout burning more calories than most other sports. Students will advance in rank by (Arm Band) showing level of experience. Kids are challenged to work as a team building social skills and learning leadership. Martial fitness has kids kickboxing group and private training available at multiple locations! Jiu Jitsu

Also known as the "Gentle Art" Jiu Jitsu originated in Japan. Jiu Jitsu is a submission grappling art where offense is in the form of grappling holds, throws, submissions, and sweeps or (turnover) from bottom. Jiu Jitsu was utilized by legendary samurai & ninja warriors during warfare. The martial art specializes in masterful control of the human body while using the opponents energy against them and attacking the weakest points of the human body.  Jiu Jitsu is widely considered to be the most effective martial arts for women self defense. Utilizing Jiu Jitsu a smaller weaker opponent can overcome and beat a larger attacker.
